Participants will learn from the knowledge and experience of a master printmaker, and be guided to understand and apply the foundations of digital imaging workflow and color management to make a great print.
1) Laptop preloaded with photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop)
2) A selection of 10 photos to be further shortlisted for editing and printing

ABOUT JAMES TAN
James Tan started his career in 2002 as a commercial photographer in a studio, and became an Associate in the Master Photographers Association (MPA) in 2007. In 2009 he was awarded MPA’s Fellowship Rank as the first and only Certified Printmaker in MPA.
Following that, he was invited to be trained in qualifications and competition judging at the MPA HQ, and was appointed a judge for MPA’s prestigious International Photography Competition and the WPPI 16x20 Print Competition.
Today, James is one of the top printmakers in the Far East and has taught printing in various institution. He is highly sought after by international artists and photographers, and works as a print and color management consultant for various printing companies, galleries and institutions.
